Hey guys!
Well today is "day 3" and im pleased to report that once again im within my syns limits with 14.5 syns, only just in but in all the same!
Im feeling really good and my motivation is still raring! Im off for a gym session tomorrow night which im actually looking forward to for a change.
Only 3 days in and im feeling the rewards of being back on a healthy diet after eating junk last week. My skin seems clearer already and I have soo much more energy then Ive had in a long time and im even sleeping better! Whats not to like?!!
Admittedly I know ive been here before and I know its the weekend when im going to struggle and weaken as thats my pattern that always happens but im determined that it wont this week and have been planning what meals I'll be cooking so that I dont go off of the rails and stay on track.
This is about breaking all of these bad habits that ive been slipping back into and staying in the mindset that I have at the moment and have had before when ive lost 2-3st and I need to carry it on this time to reach my goal and become who I want to be!
At the moment im taking it a meal at a time and a day at a time to shed this weight pound by pound.
