Onwards and upwards

Hey guys!

Today has been another fab day and only 12 syns comsumed!
Breakfast was Branflakes (HeB) with milk (HeA).
I then had 2 malted milk biscuits (4 syns) at 10am with my morning cuppa followed by an apple at 12.
Lunch was beans on toast (8 syns for 2 pieces of brown bread).
Dinner was an onion omlette with some Slimming world chips and some tinned tomatoes. Bit of a mixture but completely syn free and soo filling!
The best part about this is that I dont feel hungry at all and certainly not deprived. I fancied a biscuit today and I had them and still came in 3 syns under for the day!
The next couple of days ive got exercising planned. Tomorrow is Aquafit class after work and then Friday im heading to the dreaded Bodycombat class. Im soo nervous but I know I'll push through and im hoping this will definitely make sure I get a good result when I weigh in on Sunday morning.
