I can do this!!

Hey guys!

We today has been a better day and ive actually stayed within my limits! Yay!!
Im just sat watching "Obese: A year to save my life" for some Thinspiration and I want to become one of these amazing people who overcomes being fat and all of the demons that go with it. I want to be happy and healthy because I owe it to myself to be.
This weeks exercise plan is as follows:

● Monday- Gym session
● Tuesday- Aquafit
● Wednesday- Gym session
● Thursday- Aqua OR Bodyjam
● Friday- Bodycombat

Bodycombat is the class that im scared to try as ive seen it and its soo intense that I know im going to struggle but as the saying goes "no pain, no gain" and im just going to bit the bullet and go for it! You dont know until u try!
Another thing im doing is currently reading a book called Diary of of diet by Hannah Jones and reading about other peoples weightloss journeys. If they can do it then whats stopping me from doing exactly the same? The answer....ME!! Im the only thing stood in my own way and I wont be anymore!
Anyway thats enough from me today and I will report tomorrow!
