Week 2!

Hey guys!!

Well week 2 is going well and im still going strong! Ive been within my syns limits all week and have finished today off with a total of 12 syns.
Tomorrow im planning on only 8 syns and im off to Aquafit at the gym tomorrow evening!
Ive tried a new recipe this week, Slimming world diet coke chicken. Doesnt sound nice but it tastes amazing! Its basically chicken with any superfree or free veg (I used an onion, spring onions, a pepper, 3 grated carrots and kidney beans), in a pan a cooked, sprinkled with an oxo cube, then mix 6 tbsps on passata with a whole can of Diet Coke, pour over the chicken and veg and add a dash of worchester sauce.  Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes until it thickens and reduces! Beautiful! 
Im feeling positive for another loss this week and im hoping to have got my half a stone loss!
So bring on tomorrows class and onwards with the week!
