Week 2 result and week 3 planning

Hey guys!

Sorry ive been a bit quiet but this weekend has been really busy and I feel like I havent stopped!
Firstly im happy to report a 1lb loss which is bringing my total loss to 6lb in 2 weeks! Im over the moon and its really given me a boost to keep going. I havent felt this motivated in a long time and I really feel motivated.
This week is going well so far and my exercise will be as follows-

● Tuesday- rest day
● Wednesday- gym session
● Thursday- Aquafit
● Friday- Bodycombat

So hopefully another loss is on the cards this saturday and I will finally get my half a stone loss. I didnt do any exercise last week so I think that may be why ive only lost a lb but im happy with any loss as long as the numbers go down.
Heres to another good week and I will report back tomorrow!
