Workout 1!

Hey guys!

Well today has been a really good day and im feeling good!
I couldnt get into Bodycombat (suprise suprise) so came home and did my Claire Richards 5 Step Fat Attack DVD followed by 50 squats which is the first day of a 30 day squat challenge that myself and the ladies at work are all doing (see below pic).
I had a realisation as I was working out, I was struggling and I thought to myself "No food is worth this".
No food is worth being this size and having to go through the pain of that first workout today. I'd much rather be healthy and slimmer so that the workouts are easier.
However, I do know that all the pain and struggle will be worth it when Im zipping up a nice dress im dreaming of (see picture) and heading out with my head held high.
These thoughts are what is going to keep me going. So its on to day 2 tomorrow and Aqua aerobics after work. Bring it on!
