Hey guys!
Well this week has been a good week bug I really dont know about my result on the scales.
Now ive got the exercise regime going I need to sort my eating out and stop snacking! Im terrible in the evenings when im on my own and often find myself stood in the kitchen for no reason! Not good!
Ive tried using My Fitness Pal and im always within my calories but I dont feel like ive lost anything the way I do with Slimming World. It was worth a try but tomorrow its back to my syns and superfree food!
This weeks exercise routine is as follows-
● Monday- DVD workout at home
● Tuesday- Aquafit
● Wednesday- Gym session
● Thursday- Bodyjam or Aquafit
● Friday- Rest day
● Saturday- Rest day
● Sunday- gym session
Although I say rest day on Saturday, my usual saturday consists of running around like a headless chicken and getting everything done that I dont do in the week.
On a positive note, hubby did say yesterday that although ive only been properly gyming it for the last week he can notice a change in my body shape already so I must be doing something right!
So heres to another good week ahead!
