Hey guys!
Well today finally marks the end of a long but good week!
Ive been fighting a nasty cough and cold and all ive wanted is comfort food especially as I used to always treat myself and have "bad" food on a Friday, but today thats all changed.
Breakfast was my usual porridge with banana (it keeps me full up), lunch was a chicken salad with 4 syns of salad cream and dinner was an onion and pepper omlette with some left over chicken.
I went to my in-laws this evening to discuss which presents we're all buying hubby for Christmas and I had an orange flavoured Club biscuit (6 syns) with my cuppa.
So today ive had 10 syns and still within my limits and heading for a good loss (hopefully) on Monday.
