Hey guys!
Well today has been a fabulous first day and ive only had 2 syns (im allowed a maximum of 15 per day).
Breakfast was Fruit and Fibre cereal with Soya milk. Lunch was leftover stew and dinner is chicken with salad followed by pomegranate with grapes. Yummy!!
I only used 2 syns for 2 tbsp of salad cream (low fat) with my salad. So well within my syns limits and I dont even feel hungry!
Its good to finally feel back in control of my eating again and im loving it! Bring on tomorrow!
