Day 2!

Hey guys!

Today has been another fab day!
I started with a breakfast of porridge and banana made with soya milk, sprinkled with a tiny bit of sweetener.
Lunch was chicken salad with 3 syns worth of salad cream followed by grapes with pomegranate.
Dinner was mixed veg and chickpea dahl which is delicious!
Only 3 syns again for the whole day and im feeling really positive that my first weeks weigh in should be a good result.
My downfall is usually at the weekends but im determined to break that cycle this week!
