Hey guys!
So I was naughty and weighed myself today to see how im doing (I know you shouldnt) and ive lost 2lb already since Tuesday! Im so happy and pleased that im clearly doing the right thing!
Im still just under my calorie on MFP today (only by 20 calories but still under) and im feeling strong and like im finally moving in the right direction.
Ive also noticed that eating earlier has made a difference too. I used to wait until hubby came home at 10pm and eat with him but now that hes working til 2am I eat earlier and I dont feel as bloated when I go to bed as I used to.
Well whatever Im doing is working so Im going to keep with it!
