Hey guys!
So today was my first day back on the plan after last week and its been a great day and im still within my syns limits.
My new thing is snacking on clementines at my desk at work whenever I feel hungry or have a glass of water to help fill me up which really helps! 
I also had Hifi Light bars in my desk draw at work so I had one of those when the biscuit tin was offered round with the 10am coffee round!  
I came home and made a batch of sweet potato and carrot soup with a pinch of coriander and black pepper and it tastes lush! Ive separated it into 2 containers to take to work for lunch tomorrow and Thursday.
Im feeling very positive about the week ahead and im hoping for a good loss next monday!
