Hey guys!
I will hold my hands up and admit it....yes I am struggling at the moment!
Everyone I know is throwing caution to the wind and indulging in Christmas festive-ness but im fighting and trying not to let myself do that despite how hard it is for me!
Ive thought about a plan for Christmas and have decided i am going to fall off the wagon on Christmas day and Boxing day and then im going right back on plan then its go time for the "New Year, New Me" plan!
So heres to planning and hopefully it all goes to plan!
