Hey guys!
Well my plan of bike riding never really got off the ground, the first morning of riding I set off and within 5 minutes the chain had fallen off then the guy that had stopped to help me pointed oyt that my back wheel hadnt been put on straight! Not happy!
So now ive been walking the 4 miles to work and 4 miles home. Takes me about an hour and fifteen minutes but its quite a nice walk with some good music pumping in my ears! Its definitely done the trick as ive lost 5lb in the last week! Ive been putting all my food and exercise into My Fitness Pal and have always been within my calorie limits so everything is heading in the right direction!
Ive been trying out some new healthy recipes like making my own egg fried rice and a friend recommended a recipe to me for a sweet potato and sweetcorn chowder that tasted amazing and was completely healthy and filling!
So heres to hoping this week is the same and maybe even another good loss and I promise to update more regularly!
